  • Nominal and maximum DC bus voltage, continuous current and fault strategy.
  • Precharge timing, resistor value and main contactor close condition.

  • Thermal environment, enclosure, altitude and vibration.
  • Regulatory and system-level safety validation requirements.
Engineering note: Do not substitute a reed relay for a DC contactor in a power path. The website now clearly separates signal/test switching from high-current DC power switching.
