High-voltage signal routing
Use reed relays to route high-voltage test signals between an HV source, measurement instrument and device under test without building a large mechanical switching assembly.
SHR AUTOSENSOR 10kV reed relay solutions are intended for guarded high-voltage test, insulation measurement and equipment validation paths where compact size, low leakage and repeatable operation matter.

Use reed relays to route high-voltage test signals between an HV source, measurement instrument and device under test without building a large mechanical switching assembly.
Compared with many power switching devices, HV reed relays can fit into dense test fixtures when clearance, creepage and guarding are designed correctly.
Low leakage and stable insulation are important for insulation resistance, leakage current and parametric measurements.
Switch test voltage between multiple DUT pins, cable conductors or fixture channels while keeping unselected paths isolated.
Route high-voltage stress or measurement channels in wafer probe, package test and characterization fixtures.
Support production test systems for high-voltage modules, power supplies and safety-related assemblies.
Use as part of multi-channel switching banks where channel spacing, guarding and wiring layout are engineered together.
The HVR family is the standard 10 kV-class high-voltage reed relay line for these paths. The figures below are representative of the series; exact ratings vary by part number and are confirmed against the datasheet during design-in.
