Shipping Methods
SHR AUTOSENSOR TECH LIMITED ships worldwide from our Shanghai manufacturing facility. We offer the following shipping options:
- DHL / FedEx / UPS — Express delivery for samples and small orders (3-5 business days)
- Air Freight — For medium-volume orders (5-10 business days)
- Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) — For large production orders (20-35 days)
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — Available for select countries upon request
Lead Times
- Standard Products: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation
- Custom/Semi-Custom Relays: 4-8 weeks depending on specifications
- Sample Orders: 3-5 business days for in-stock items
Exact lead times are confirmed at quotation stage based on order quantity and product configuration.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
MOQ varies by product series. Sample quantities (1-10 pcs) are available for evaluation. Production MOQs start from 100 pcs for standard relays and 500 pcs for custom configurations. Contact us for specific MOQ information.
Packaging
All relays are individually packaged in anti-static bags with desiccant, then packed in foam-lined cartons. Bulk packaging options are available for production orders. Custom labeling and barcode requirements can be accommodated.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier. Freight quotes are provided with each quotation. For large orders, CIF and FOB Shanghai terms are available.
