Every single relay that leaves our factory undergoes rigorous testing. We do not rely on batch sampling for critical electrical parameters.

Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
All raw materials (Glass reeds, Copper wire, Bobbins) are inspected for dimensional accuracy and purity.

100% In-Process Testing
Automated coil winding checks and preliminary contact resistance testing during assembly.

Final Electrical Test (FQC)
100% testing for Pick-up/Drop-out Voltage, Dynamic Contact Resistance (DCR), and Insulation Resistance.

Life Cycle & Stress Testing
Random samples are pulled for accelerated life testing (100M+ cycles) and thermal shock validation.

Product Warranty
All SHR AUTOSENSOR products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipment, or for the longer period specified in the individual product datasheet, provided the products are used within their specified ratings and conditions.
If a product fails under warranty, contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After verification of the defect, we will repair or replace the product, or issue a credit, in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or operation outside the specified ratings. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
