The Challenge: Modern EVs are moving to 800V architectures. Disconnecting a high-voltage battery under load creates a dangerous DC arc that can melt standard contacts.
Our EVM & ESM Series feature hermetically sealed ceramic chambers filled with pressurized Hydrogen gas. This rapidly cools the arc, allowing for safe disconnection of up to 1000V-1500V DC loads.

The Challenge: Testing chips and wafers requires thousands of switching cycles per second. Signal integrity is critical; any “contact bounce” creates false failures.
Our Mercury Wetted Relays (HG Series) offer a self-healing liquid contact with ZERO bounce. For high-density matrix boards, our MSIP Series offers a 50% smaller footprint than standard relays.

The Challenge: Trucks and Generators operate in high-vibration, dirty environments. Capacitive sensors fail due to water contamination; mechanical arms break.
Our FLS-H (Heavy Duty) and AdBlue Sensors use magnetic floats with electronics sealed inside a stainless steel or aluminum tube (IP67). They are immune to foam, dirt, and vibration.

The MH Series is unique in the world. It combines High Voltage isolation (up to 10kV) with Mercury contacts, allowing for stable resistance testing even at high voltages.
