Our Quality Assurance Process

Every single relay that leaves our factory undergoes rigorous testing. We do not rely on batch sampling for critical electrical parameters.

    Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)

    All raw materials (Glass reeds, Copper wire, Bobbins) are inspected for dimensional accuracy and purity.

    100% In-Process Testing

    Automated coil winding checks and preliminary contact resistance testing during assembly.

    Final Electrical Test (FQC)

    100% testing for Pick-up/Drop-out Voltage, Dynamic Contact Resistance (DCR), and Insulation Resistance.

  • 4

    Life Cycle & Stress Testing

    Random samples are pulled for accelerated life testing (100M+ cycles) and thermal shock validation.
